Saleel Olakkotte Usman
Founder & Director
Mr. Saleel Olakkotte Usman is the Founder and Director of Crayon Learning & Wellness Centre, Mathilakam with over 25 years of extensive professional experience across the GCC, including Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, and Muscat.
His strong background in administration, financial coordination, and institutional management forms the backbone of Crayon’s structured.With a parallel passion for education, Mr. Saleel has also contributed as a Malayalam Language Teacher in Kuwait, helping students strengthen their mother-tongue proficiency and cultural identity.
Ms. Ramlath Rahman
Ms. Ramlath Rahman is a highly experienced Montessori Educator, Learning Disability (LD) Remediator, and Student Assessment Coordinator at Crayon Learning Disability & Wellness Centre. She also serves as a Director Board Member of Crayon, actively contributing to the centre’s vision and academic planning.
With over 20 years of dedicated professional experience, Ms. Ramlath Rahman has specialized in teaching and supporting children with special needs, including ADHD, hyperactivity, Down syndrome, behavioral challenges, and intellectual disability (MR).
Ms. Saranya P. Subramanian

Ms. Saranya P. Subramanian is a highly qualified Special Education Specialist, Learning Disability (LD) Remediator, and Student Assessment Provider at Crayon Learning Disability & Wellness Centre. She is also a Director Board Member of Crayon Learning & Wellness Centre.
With over 10 years of dedicated experience, Ms. Saranya specializes in teaching and supporting children with special needs, including Intellectual Disability (ID/MR), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), hyperactivity, Down syndrome, and writing difficulties.
Ms. Sajna Aliakbar
Ms. Sajna Aliakbar is a highly experienced NTTC Educator, Learning Disability (LD) Remediator, and Student Assessment Coordinator at Crayon Learning Disability & Wellness Centre. She also serves as a Director Board Member of the institution. Alongside her academic responsibilities, she plays an active role in administrative support and internship training programmes, contributing to the smooth functioning and professional development initiatives of the centre.

Ms. Sarika Saneesh

Ms. Sarika Saneesh is a highly qualified Special Education Specialist, Learning Disability (LD) Remediator, and Student Assessment Provider at Crayon Learning Disability & Wellness Centre. She also serves as a Director Board Member of Crayon Learning & Wellness Centre.
With over 9 years of dedicated experience, Ms. Sarika specializes in educating and supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID/MR), hyperactivity, Down syndrome and behavioral challenges.
Ms. Asha Ashraf
NTTC | Montessori Educator | LD Remediator
Ms. Asha Ashraf is a dedicated NTTC-qualified educator, Montessori teacher, and Learning Disability (LD) Remediator at Crayon Learning Disability & Wellness Centre. Along with her teaching responsibilities, she actively supports the centre’s academic programmes and student-focused initiatives.
With more than 13 years of professional experience, Ms. Asha has extensive expertise in guiding and supporting children with special educational needs, particularly those with Down syndrome, behavioral challenges, and Intellectual Disability (MR).
Special Education Internship
CRAYON Learning Disability & Wellness Centre offers Special Education Internship Training for B.Ed. in Special Education students from Sneha Sadan College of Special Education, Angamaly.
Students receive hands-on practical training with children having learning and developmental needs.
Internship completion certificates are provided upon successful completion.
